Sick Humor Supply Co. was inspired by my own journey with Long COVID and POTS, and the belief that even the roughest situations deserve to be faced with a little humor.

One sleepless night—one of many that come with chronic illness—I found myself thinking about how living with chronic illness often requires us to get an "honorary degree" in order to advocate for our care. I began wondering what the mascots would be if common chronic illnesses had their own universities. That spark of curiosity became the Mascot Collection, then the University Collection, and soon those ideas grew into something much bigger.

Having spent a year navigating life with chronic illness, I wanted to create something both humorous and empowering to show the world that being unwell doesn’t mean being unfunny.

This collection of witty, bold t-shirts, mugs, and tote bags is for everyone who’s ever rolled their eyes at unsolicited advice, embraced the art of pacing, or needed a reminder that resilience and laughter go hand in hand. Here’s to finding your spark, wearing your truth, and proving that even when our bodies slow us down, our sense of humor never misses a beat.
